As the founder of Linkup China Ltd., I am committed to growing together with my team. Over the years, our company has built successful partnerships with top universities in London, including Coventry University London Campus, providing valuable internship opportunities for MBA students, the majority of whom are female.
On International Women’s Day 2019, we proudly hosted “Women in Business – An Inspiring Networking Evening” at Maddox Gallery. The event brought together over 80 successful women leaders from the UK and China, featuring inspiring speeches from three remarkable female entrepreneurs. The impact of this event was so significant that it was covered by a London radio show, highlighting our commitment to promoting female leadership and gender equality in business.
Linkup China Ltd. acts as a bridge connecting Chinese and British companies, enabling effective two-way communication and collaboration. We specialize in industries such as Property, Architecture & Interior Design, Fashion, and Lifestyle, focusing primarily on Marketing, PR, media publicity, and offline activities. Over the past two years, our unique approach to PR has led to increased client growth and financial revenue, proving the effectiveness of our business model.
As a female entrepreneur, I am passionate about mentoring and empowering women. At Linkup China, most of our employees are women, including fresh graduates, experienced professionals, and homemakers. I provide weekly corporate training classes for free, covering PR strategy, marketing skills, and sales techniques, supporting their career development and personal growth.
Our company culture encourages everyone to voice their ideas confidently, regardless of position. Beyond client events, I promote work-life balance, encouraging team members to leave the office by 6 pm, avoid overtime, and enjoy flexible working hours. For example, team members can work from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm to pick up their children, making Linkup China an ideal workplace for experienced working mothers.
This event and our ongoing initiatives reflect our mission to support women in business, foster female leadership, and strengthen UK-China business networks.

我们的企业文化鼓励每个人大胆表达想法，不论职位高低。除了客户活动，我还提倡工作与生活平衡，鼓励团队在下午6点准时下班，不加班，并支持弹性工作时间。例如，员工可在早上9:30到下午3:30工作，以便接孩子，使 Linkup China 成为资深职业妈妈的理想工作场所。
