Its flagship London project, One Thames City, is a landmark luxury development featuring premium residences, upscale retail, and curated dining, forming an exclusive new riverside district in Central London.

The objective was to increase brand awareness and improve sales performance among high-net-worth property investors—both Chinese and non-Chinese—based in the UK.

SOLUTIONS

Linkup China created a bespoke luxury event strategy for the official launch of One Thames City, ensuring the project’s positioning matched the expectations of affluent global investors.

RESULTS

To highlight the riverside identity of One Thames City, we selected a venue equally iconic and close to the River Thames—Tate Modern, one of the world’s most renowned museums of modern and contemporary art.

Key achievements:

  • Hosted an exclusive black-tie private dinner at Tate Modern to officially unveil One Thames City to the UK market for the first time.

  • The event generated a strong “WOW” effect across London’s luxury property sector, elevating the project’s profile significantly.

  • Attracted 40 high-net-worth investors, both Chinese and non-Chinese, representing a combined net worth of approximately £200 million.
